CAPACETE incorporates participatory and collaborative forms of action as a fundamental part of its management. Its programs offer an environment where residents, guests, and the public can come together to engage in discussions, reflections, classes, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and field research related to contemporary critical and artistic thinking. CAPACETE establishes partnerships with prestigious international institutions, acting as a gateway to Brazilian culture and the artistic context. More than 600 professionals from various countries have already participated in the program.

It currently has a multipurpose space in the Glória neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro for exhibitions, performances, musical presentations, book and music video launches, poetry circles, meetings and gatherings for tutoring, seminars, educational workshops, and charity bazaars. It is a collaborative environment with indoor and outdoor areas, a kitchen, and bathrooms. The space reinforces the commitment to promoting art and thought by expanding the possibilities for creation, reinvention of everyday life, and being together.
